Cancellation Policy

With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves. A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the appointment is ALLOWED, and all deposits will be REFUNDED. A cancellation within 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit. Clients must confirm their appointments up to 24 hours prior to their appointments.
