Policy
Bookings:
Deposits: A deposit is required when booking appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of your service. Beauty Bliss will not accept appointments without a deposit.

Confirmation: Clients MUST confirm their appointments 24 hours prior to their start time. A notification via text message and email will be sent to clients for confirmation. Clients who do not confirm their appointment will automatically have their appointments cancelled and deposits forfeited.

Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment prior to the "24-hour notice period" without a penalty to their deposit. Any additional reschedules after the allowable "ONE reschedule" will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit.

Tardiness: Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their deposit and need to reschedule. We kindly ask that if you anticipate a late arrival, please notify Beauty Bliss or your artist as soon as you can.

Cancellations: Cancellations prior to the "24-hour notice period" are ALLOWED, and all deposits will be REFUNDED. Cancellations in the "24-hour notice period", will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit.
​
No-Shows: Any no-shows on the day of the appointment will result in a 100% forfeit of the deposit.
Touch-Ups:
Touch-ups are not included in the initial procedures. All touch-ups are charged separately and require proper booking.

Touch-ups are NOT required, however they are essential to the maintenance of the desired look.
​
Clients who want to schedule a touch-up, but did not have their initial work done by Beauty Bliss, will be considered "new clients", and will require new service appointments at the market price.
Previous Permanent Makeup:
If you've had previous permanent makeup work performed by artists other than Beauty Bliss, our artists must assess the work before we can perform any services. Clients are advised to upload or send pictures when scheduling appointments.
Add-Ons:
All add-ons MUST be performed during the initial procedure or touch-up visits. Add-ons cannot be booked exclusively.
During the appointment, clients who decide to "add-on" a procedure that was not scheduled to their initial appointment, must have work approved by the artist due to potential overlapping times with other clients scheduled that day. Your artist may perform unscheduled "add-ons" only if time permits.
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Beauty Bliss is 100% committed to making sure all clients are satisfied with the work performed. Because of this, clients are allowed to schedule visits for adjustments to the work at no additional charges. Adjustments or fixes must be made within the scope of the work initially performed. Adding services/add-ons, or different styles will require proper pricing and scheduling.
